 Captain
Ron Fraiser grew
up fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast and has nearly forty years
experience on Texas Coastal waters. Capt. Frasier grew up in the
San Antonio and Aransas Bay areas and has been both fresh and
saltwater fishing guide as well as host of three television fishing
shows. "As seen on TV" is for real when it comes
to 
Capt. Ron is USCG and TP&W licensed.
As a professional guide, he works extra hard to be sure that his
clients experience a fun, safe, and exciting Matagorda fishing
trip. Our bay fishing charters target Trout, Redfish, and Flounder
while offshore, we fish for red snapper, kingfish, wahoo, ling,
AJ's, dorado, sharks and more!
Matagorda has a well deserved reputation for being home to some
of the finest Bay and Offshore fishing on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Matagorda Fishing Buddies offers
its clients a variety of activities, including wade fishing,
drift fishing, offshore deep sea fishing, and fishing instruction
for newcomers to the art of salt water fishing.
Whether it's a group of friends, business clients, corporate
group, a family outing, or just an itch to go fish, Capt. Ron
will provide a fun filled, safe, saltwater fishing adventure
on Matagorda Bay or on the waters offshore of Matagorda..."Slamming
Smoker Kings"...!
For Matagorda offshore fishing charters, you will be fishing
aboard Capt. Ron's 25 ft. Boston Whaler Outrage, powered by
twin 175 hp Suzuki outboards.
For Bay Fishing charters, Captain Ron Frasier operates an 22
ft. Seachaser powered by a 140 4-stroke Suzuki.

- There is a $200.00 deposit
required at booking to confirm your trip.

All Trips Include
the Following:
- Rods and Reels (if needed)
- Artificial Lures - Offshore Baits - Ice
- Photo of You and Your Catch
Your fish cleaned and packaged
We
suggest you plan for your trip and bring the following:
- Texas Fishing License (not needed for
Offshore trips)
- Food, water and Drinks
- Good sun glasses, a hat, sunscreen
- A jacket for cool mornings, light colored clothes for the afternoon
- Boat or athletic shoes with non marking white soles
- Appropriate wade fishing gear if bay fishing (protective shoes)
- Your ice chest to take home your catch
- A camera for those pictures of you and your fish!
